"Checkout Made Me Hesitate"

I’ve ordered from Shaklee a handful of times now, and overall I’ve been happy with everything. Some of the products did seem a little pricey at first, I definitely had a small “hmm, do I really need this?” moment — but they ended up lasting longer than I expected, so it feels like the value balances out. Shipping was totally fine, nothing dramatic there, and the website was easy enough to get around. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the prices were a bit lower, but i’m still glad I ordered and happy with what I got...

"Didn’t really win me over"
I spent some time on shaklee and, i just didn’t come away feeling very confident about it. The site has a lot of big promises and upbeat wording, but I kept looking for clearer info that would actually make me trust the brand more. Instead, it kind of felt like I was being sold to the whole time rather than helped. Weirdly, I remember one random little detail: I kept noticing how polished everything looked, but it somehow made me trust it less, not more. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me the trust just wasn’t there, and I wouldn’t feel great buying from them again...

I have sensitive skin, so I’m always nervous trying new products. This one was gentle enough that it didn’t cause any irritation, which I really appreciate. That said, I’m not totally sure it made a huge difference beyond being safe for my sensitivities. I’ll probably keep using it for now, but I’m still figuring out if it’s something I’d repurchase.

"Really Appreciate the Transparency"
I really like that they actually show the studies and testing info clearly. It makes the products feel way more trustworthy, like it’s not just hype, hype, hype. Seeing the details laid out makes me feel a lot better about buying from them.

Had a bit of a mess with my order, nothing too crazy, but it needed fixing. I reached out and they handled it quick. Basically, they checked what was wrong, fixed it up, and I didn’t have to keep chasing them. Happy with how easy it was.

"Good Products, Shipping Felt a Little Slow"
I ordered from Shaklee and everything arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. The tracking worked fine too, which I appreciated. I can’t remember the exact delivery dates because I’m bad about keeping track of that stuff, but I do remember feeling like it took longer than I expected compared to other online orders. Nothing was damaged, and the order was correct, I just wish the shipping time had been a little faster or at least clearer before checkout.

"Good products, but the follow-ups were a bit much"
I’ve ordered from Shaklee a few times now, the products have been good for me. Shipping was fine, nothing weird there, and the website was simple enough to get around. The only thing I didn’t really love was the sales pressure after ordering. I got a few follow-ups that felt a little pushy, like they really wanted me to buy more or maybe join. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of annoying. I’d still give it 4 stars because the stuff I bought was decent.

Paid for my Shaklee order with my card. Went through fine. Checkout was clear enough. Got the confirmation email right after. Only thing, the payment screen took a little while to load. I thought maybe it froze. But it worked in the end. No big deal.

"Refund came through eventually"
I returned an order from shaklee.com and, to be fair, I did get my refund, so there’s that. The whole process just felt slower than it needed to be, and I kind of had to sit around waiting for updates like that was totally normal. Customer service was polite enough, I guess, but not exactly clear or helpful with the details. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t impressive either. Three stars feels about right.

"I liked a few of the products…"
I liked a few of the products I saw, and I was mostly focused on picking the ones I actually wanted. But when I got to checkout, the extra costs really stood out to me. The total ended up being higher than I expected, which was a little frustrating. I just wish the full pricing was shown more clearly upfront.

I was a little nervous to try it at first because, who wants something that messes with your stomach? But it’s been totally easy on mine. No headaches, no weird feeling afterward, nothing like that. I’ve been using Shaklee for a few weeks now, and so far, I’ve got no complaints. What more can you ask for?

My order showed up late. Tracking barely moved the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. Just kept checking it. Same status. Nothing helpful. Annoying, honestly
